Circoflex kite captures the moon!

I am a visual artist based in San Francisco who loves the sky but is new to kites. I am working on a new project for which I would like to capture the moon inside a circoflex kite. Do any of you know who could be commissioned to build a custom circoflex kite, or who might have one that they would be willing to sell for an art project? Here is some of my previous work to give you an idea of what I might do:

So far as I know, the circoflex was never made comerically. But you could build one yourself! This is a really straight forward kite to construct and a proven design. It's actually a good initial project for someone new to kitebuilding.

All told, materials for this project should be less than $50. A commissioned kite is likely to be $200.

New Tech Kites produced a small circoflex called the "Color Wheel", that seems to still available via retail. It is black with rainbow stripes.
I would suggest finding a kite maker to make one to your specifications. Plus you can get a bigger one!

Info much appreciated. I have considered making the kite myself; however, I know that when making anything for the first time it always takes longer than anticipated! It would be better to pay an experienced kite maker in the $200 range. Just a simple and durable, orange circoflex will do. Contact me ASAP if you are interested. Thanks!
