I've searched the web for quite a while, and I've been having difficulty finding an actual plan with materials/steps to make a kite.

I need to make two kites for a school project. One has to be a diamond kite and another has to be a slightly more advanced kite. The kites must also be made out of ripstop nylon.

If you could please direct me to a simple guide that has all the materials/steps on how to make a diamond kite and another kite that you think I should make, it would be greatly appreciated!

Hi ManOf Peace, thanks for joining us here at AKA . Glad your getting involved with making a kite for a school project. Not sure if your an educator or a student. Doesn't really matter. Do you have any experience with sewing ,do you already have the materials on hand to make a couple of kites. There are some plans here in this web site but perhaps not exactly what you need. Search thru what we have but if you still need additional information may I suggest you stop in at a site called kitebuilder.com forum. It's all about making kites and there's a bunch of folks who are always willing to answer questions. Plus the forum is sponsored by a kite material supply store called Kite Studio. Hope this helps .
