OK, I'm an AKA member, in the forum section of the member's only site, ready to buy some raffle tickets.  I need to know the next step.  Where do I put my MC number and the number of tickets I want.

You'll see a link there to purchase tickets that will redirect you to the PayPal gateway - from there, you can elect to use a PayPal account or a major credit card... Within 24-48 hours following, you'll receive your ticket numbers from our raffle queen, Marla Miller.

Sorry to say I selected the link you sent and it took me to /kitetalk-forum without a paypal gateway that I could find.  However, I did get a redish colored strip the read -Access Denied.  Any additional suggestions would be appreciated.

I see... It sounds like your membership status may not be reflected in the account, I've sent a note to our XD to look into this - hang in there sir, we'll get it sorted.

With regard to your issues with this site, did I understand that you're able to log out?

I'm not a super-whiz at this stuff, but you might try:

1 - Delete your cookies, which will kill your log in session.
2 - Log back into the site (I only use the login box under the logo, top left of page)

When it shows you as logged in, try the link below and describe what you see?

I'm having the same issue as Carl. When I go to the raffle page I get the message access denied even thought I'm logged into the site.

Aha, just had an idea.

Try this URL...

(probably will get denied)

Then try this one...
http://aka.kite.org/kitetalk-forum/defa … ka-raffles
(hopefully will work as it should)

What I noticed is that the default forum URL does not use "www", and I had been using it in the raffle link.

Advise?

John, I have tried every link that you show in your messages and I am still getting access denied with no link to pay pal just like other people.

I am able to log in and out with no problems.

Advise please.
