Night Kite light activation

Hello, Does anyone have an idea as to how to put together a circuit that uses a solar cell and a relay in order to activate a night kite ? I'd like to launch when there is enough light to assemble the kite and then enjoy it coming on when darkness falls during flight. Looking for a reply.

I have a few of the controllers that are sold in with the kites. Its like a small extension with a photocell and a few componet's on a perf board. You just plug it in between the battery and the load ( light controller, tail ect) and it will switch on as it gets dark. It has a very low drain so I would not plug it in until later in the evening if you plan to fly all day.
