How sad that the blame for accidents and injuries must be apportioned to "someone else" - which prompts this recent news.
Should I sue the company which makes my envelopes because I cut my mouth when I lick them?! No - it's my responsibility to TAKE CARE and not try to lick while not paying attention...
Let's hope common sense wins?
