I have been having local workshops at my home for quite some time. Started a regular monthly session the middle of 2010.
Anyone, and everyone is invited. Space is limited, so advance reservation is necessary.

Kite making schedule for 2010 and part of 2011
We meet the third Sunday afternoon of each month.
Please be advised that this schedule is ALWAYS a candidate for modification.
2010
January I attended the retreat at OKR and was one Teacher Assistant for Flames' parafoil class.
March I taught the Sky Stalker class at Ft Worden
May Plastic skin fighters from Dollar Store kites.
June Small box kite
July Pocket Sled kites (two) I made 10
August Dual line Eddy can fly as a SLK when both bridle tow points are pulled together.
September 50% Shard
October No sew ROK Halloween kite made from plastic table cloth. Flies in a whisper of wind.
November Repair, complete, sharing time.
December Winter vacation. No class
2011
January Fuzzy tail - learning the FAST way to make one.
February Dual line indoor kite from Orcon. 4 ft span. Weighs less than 1 oz. Appx. 26 g
March No classes. Attend one, or more, of the many workshops across the nation.
April A class every Sunday of the month.: A miniature box kite, Paddy, or Jessy kite, Ultralight single line maneuverable kite, and a Recycled Dollar Store Kite Skin Fighter.
May Tumbling star box kite
June To be announced at a later date.

Hey, on February 20th, 2011 we are going to be making a small, indoor, no wind dual line kite. Orcon sail. 45in wing span, and will weigh in at appx. 1oz, or less. (Depending on spar material used.) Graphics will be via felt tip marker.
Template and a set of instructions will be provided so you can make more than one, if you choose.
Anyone welcome to attend. However limited space, so RSVP.
