That is indeed what I see for your posts. (15:09 for quincy; 15:44 for sitemaster.) Evidently all posts are timestamped as PST when I see them on my computer. However, quincy sees MY post as 14:45 which suggests that he is seeing posts stamped as GMT or UTC.

I suspect that Agora is setting the timestamp based on something else. Perhaps my computer "seems" to be in the PST time zone because my ISP is Comcast. If I do a traceroute to almost any computer on the internet it seems to go through California. Maybe all users who connect through Comcast will look like they are in California.

If there is any way to enable users to assert their actual timezone in Agora it would be nice. I checked the Agora forum, and people are asking similar questions there about timestamping, so it may be that Agora is not currently capable of doing this (or the setting location is very obscure) and determines the message timestamps (which seem to vary for different users) in some other way. Agora seems to be a paid-for product, so I expect you could register there as a paid user and raise the issue again. The more users that ask for timezone setting on a profile-setting basis, the likelier it will be to be added to Agora capabilities.
