The feed works for me too. Are you using the correct feed location?
http://www.aka.kite.org/kite-talk-forum … p;type=rss
The forum insists on truncating the URL so right click then select "Copy shortcut" (IE) or "Copy Link Location" (Firefox).
Then you can paste it into whatever RSS reader you use.
