Lots of kite and other activities.Home-made kites will be judged on Plaza Zaragoza on Saturday, April 12 at 4pm, and on Sunday April 13, 2pm we’ll parade from Zaragoza up to Plaza Melchor/Mineros for the main event. Kite contests, demonstrations, free raffles for kites, street performers. Fun.
