International Kite Flyers fly their creations on the ice of Lake Monona, while indoors at the Monona Terrace there are indoor flying shows, artistic & historical displays and workshops. Open to the public each day 10:00 - 4:00 with a night fly Saturday Feb 1st at 6:15, followed by fireworks and a kite auction! www.madfest.org to volunteer or for more info
