We organize the fifth edition of festi-vent sur glace, a kite festival at Saint-Placide in Canada. The next 15th and 16th february, more than 350 kitefliers amateurs and professionals will come from Québec, Ontario to fly their kites on the spectacular lake of two-Montains. Festi-vent sur glace is a big festival : each year 10 000 persons by day come to see the kiteflyers and the lake of two montains is extraordinary!
