BASKL has a great spring workshop planned for this year. We have invited world champion shortline fighter flyer and builder Steve Bateman to come up from southern California to teach us to build and fly a competition worthy fighter kite! During this all-day workshop we will be building a kite of Steve’s award winning design during the morning session. There will be a short break for lunch and then everyone will head to the park where we will have one-on-one lessons in tuning and flying our kites. If all goes well there might even be time to try a little line-touch in the afternoon.
