The 16th annual Family Kite Festival featuring St. Elmos Fire, Mr. Kite, Mike Delfar, Jim Wirt, Yves LaForest and Anne Clement. Sponsored by Gift of Wings, the Kite Society of Wisconsin and Illinois, and WJZI Radio. Free to all and plenty of free parking.
