Second annual Bel Air Kite Festival; the only kite event in Northeastern Maryland. A one day event from 10:00 am to 4:pm. Open to kite enthusiasts of all ages with demonstrations by advanced pilots. Plenty of free parking and a food vendor. Kites will be available for those without one. Come Fly A Kite.
