This is Bensalem Twsp’s Sixth Annual Kite Day. The event is held in the BensalemTwsp Central Park, in the field in front of the Commerce Bank Amphitheatre. The event is sponsored by a volunteer group called the Friends of Bensalem Central Park whose main purpose is to promote park activities and raise money to develop park amenities. Kite Day is free to all twsp residents and others. We usually have the South Jersey Kite Flyers with us demonstrating their kite flying skills and teaching the kids kite flying techniques. Food is available for purchase. A fun day for all!!

From I-95 take the Street rd exit WEST and travel approx 2-1/2 miles (five traffic lights) to Knights Rd (Amoco on corner). Turn right onto Knights Rd and travel 1/2 mile max to township complex on your right. Amphitheatre area is behind the township building
