The AKA Convention is an annual five day gathering of kite enthusiasts, artists, and competitors. With roughly 500 members in attendance, the Convention ranks as one of the largest kite gatherings in the world.

Rates: $98.00 + 6% State and 3% Local tax + $10.00 for each adult over two per room
The Eisenhower has wireless internet access in building 1 and wired internet access building 2.
For those who are in building 2 and need a cable, there is a $20 deposit.
Activities: All flying activities will be held at Boyds Bear Country (www.boydsbearcountry.com), which is across the road from the Eisenhower Hotel. There will be a shuttle from the hotel to the fields for those wanting or needing it.
The Indoor fly and all other activities will be held at the Eisenhower Hotel.
