This workshop will be from 1-3 pm, a two-hour workshop, registration required at library or call 208.237.2192. All supplies and materials are furnished to make a simple octopus kite. This is the last Idaho State Kite Festival event of the year. You will have a new kite to fly at the Japanese traditional kite fly on New Years Day!
