Annual two-day festival with approximately 5,000 in attendance over the weekend. One of the most popular kite festivals in the Pacific Northwest. AKA sportkite competition, single-line activities, kids' kitemaking, beginner lessons, teddy-bear drop, indoor sportkite competition.

Directions:
From South: Mukilteo-Clinton ferry. Go about 22 miles N to left turn for Pt Townsend Ferry. Continue about 3 miles past ferry dock. Field is 1/2 mile further on your left.
From North: Hwy 20 West over Deception Pass Bridge; continue 10 miles south of Oak Harbor; right turn at Main Street light. Go 3-4 miles. Field is on your right.
From Peninsula. Take Pt. Townsend-Keystone ferry. Left turn, 1/2 mile on your left. Ferry reservations for Keystone run are highly recommended; required for large vehicles
Comments:
Registration fees only for sportkite competition. Saturday night banquet $10; field lunches $5. Meals and shirts available by pre-order by September 1 on our website. Limited number of shirts available at the field. Hot-dog and latte stand at the field.
