Cancer survivors and families and friends will build kites for the memorial flies at the Idaho Kite Festival. Ribbon colors for all cancers will be available, and patriotic kites or kites of your own design can be made. The JACL Legacy Fund has provided a grant, The Sky's The Limit! provides the volunteers, so all is without charge. The miniature kite train of all the colors of cancer will be on display.
