Description:
The National Air & Space Museum presents its annual Kite Day, which includes kite displays by kite masters, kite-making for visitors, information on AKA and local kite clubs, plus MARVELOUS indoor flying demonstrations. Pan-Asian cultures will be also be presented.

Directions:
On the National Mall, between the Capitol building and the Smithsonian Castle. Bordered by Independence Avenue, Jefferson Drive, 4th and 7th Streets in southwest Washington, D.C.
Comments:
The National Air & Space Museum is free to the public, and it is the most visited museum in the world. The Museum presents the history of flight. There is no fee charged for the kite making events. Kite Day activities are from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on March 21st.
