Description:

Southern Oregon's premier kite festival. This invitational event features some of the best kitefliers and kitemakers in America demonstrating their skills and displaying their creations. Local vendors set up their booths providing great eats, treats, and crafts. There will be Kids Kitemaking each day of the festival.

A Rokkaku kite building workshop open to the public will be hosted by Ronda Brewer and Lindsey Johnson on Saturday, July 18th, at the Kite Field. Participants will receive a rokkaku kite kit for a $30.00 fee. AKA members and any kite club members can join the fun at the discounted price of $25.00.
