Description:
This festival lasts for two days. Sept 19 will be the day for major activities. If rain on Sept 19, all programs will be moved to Sept 20.

This annual event will feature the best kites from the East and West. Adults and children, novices and professionals will fly kites to their hearts’ content. Ornate kites with magnificent color, including an over 300 foot long dragon kite, will punctuate a day filled with excitement, harmony and peace. We have a 50 feet wide rainbow kite that required 20 people to pull. If there is enough wind (in the right direction), you are welcome to join us to fly it.

Snacks and water will be served. A number of free kites will be awarded to couples with proven wedding anniversary of over 15 years. Activities include live music performed by by Rakalam Bob Moses & Alexei Tsiganov, kung fu, laughing exercise, kite demonstration and more.
