Japanese Kite Master Mikio Toki will be the featured guest at our 14th Annual Japan America Kite Festival that will be held at Seal Beach, California. The festival attracts over 6,000 people and features a dazzling display of 1,000 kites of all colors and sizes, ranging from 6 inches to 60 yards long. Every child gets to make a free sode (“kimono" shaped) kite and participate in numerous games and contests.
