The annual "rite-of-spring" kiteflying event is sponsored by the Mayor's Youth Advisory Committee and the Woodbridge Township Department of Recreation and Resident Services. Prizes and certificates will be awarded for the best homemade and store-bought kites, the smallest, largest, and most unusual, and for the kite that stays in the air the longest
