Description:

This Summer Solstice, June 21st, Monday, at Carkeek Park, just North of Seattle, there will be a nature festival called Elemental Awareness Day with the theme of Earth, Water, Fire, and Wind. The Wind Zone will have a grand kite display, and participation of all ages is encouraged.

Directions:
|
From I-5, take the Northgate way 105th Ave exit going West, cross Hwy 99, when you come to Greenwood Ave take a soft left onto Holman Rd, drive to the next light (3rd ave) and take a right. From there, follow the brown signs on the road for Carkeek Park, should be approximately a quarter mile ahead on the left.
