The Marina Green extends 0.4 miles east to west, between Scott and Webster Streets, along Marina Boulevard. MUNI services the Marina Green. Free parking is available immediately adjacent to the Green.
Comments:
Free, open-air, eco-friendly fun for kids and families. Contests, kite making, and flying demonstrations. Sport kite demonstrations and FREE sport kite flying lessons throughout the festival. Giant kites, tiny kites, stunt kites, exotic kites. Kite buggies, kiteboards, kite boats, and thousands of amateur and professional kitefliers.

Since 1978, when the FDKF inspired Mayor George Moscone to first proclaim "Family Day" in San Francisco, we have been pleased to host thousands of professional and amateur kite fliers, renewable energy advocates and sustainability enthusiasts from all over the world.
