Description:
Go Fly A Kite has been scheduled for April 29 from 1-4pm at High Park in Derby, Kansas. Set up time for the small activities will be from 11-1. You are welcome to come and start setting up early! Please let me know if you are able to make it and how much room is needed for your kites.
Also, if you have any pictures please send them to me! I really want the community to know how awesome this is going to be and if we get your pictures in time we will put it in our program guide that goes to everyone in the Derby School District.

As of time of posting, kiters Roger Kenkel and Richard Dermer plan to be there with their kites. We anticipate more kitefliers from regions 6,7,& 8 will also attend.
HUGE park! Lots of potential for this to become a major kite festival. In Region 7. Very close to AKA Regions 6 and 8.
