Bay breezes, grassy hills, and open fields make for ideal kite-flying conditions at Lynch Canyon Open Space Park’s 6th Annual Kite Festival on Saturday, May 3, from 11am to 4pm. All you need to bring are your kites and kin. All ages and ability levels are welcome. The festival is free and parking is only $5.

From Interstate 80, exit at American Canyon/Hiddenbrooke or Red Top Road and follow the signs to Lynch Canyon, 3100 Lynch Road. Leave the pets at home as they are not allowed due to wildlife and ranching.
