At the 2014 Family Fest @ the Library on April 6 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., children’s author Alexis O’Neill will share her newest picture book, "The Kite That Bridged Two Nations: Homan Walsh and the First Niagara Suspension Bridge" in an interactive presentation followed by a kite-making workshop with Dave Shenkman from Kites for Kids.
