The Cherry Valley Kite Festival takes place on a wonderful historic farm in the beautiful town of Cherry Valley. Friday night, the 23rd, is an Indoor Fly. Saturday morning features kid’s kitebuilding workshops and the main event, an all day outdoor fly featuring music, food, fun and both professional and amateur kite flying. Saturday evening there is a complimentary dinner and party for all kiters with delicious food, entertainment and a kite auction. The event closes with a Sunday morning pancake breakfast.
