Radnor Rd just south of Upper Gulph Rd across from the VF Military Academy main campus.
Comments:
North-side parking is easy, easy access to the track. Often a great audience in joggers running around. But the stables are right there so if all else fails, the horses seem to enjoy the stunt and Hooptie kites.
